It would be nice to relive that moment all over again.

Please investigate why the City of Socorro, Texas government went dormant in the 1920s. Many people assume the city was incorporated in the 1980s when in fact it was incorporated in 1871. I just wonder if the elected officials were all recalled or no one ran for mayor or city council.
