We have Rashanti Harris and Haynes now, so getting Moultrie back would be huge. I wish him well either way. I personally think we'll see him back next season.

HE HAS GOT TO REALIZE THAT HE'S A SMALL FISH IN A VERY BIG POND, WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT TIM FLOYD TO HELP YOU GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

He hasn't got a prayer in the draft. Not a prayer. He proved nothing this year. Potential, nada mas.

Joe Gomez-Rodriguez

His buddies in Memphis are filling his head with pipe dreams. He doesn't stand a chance and in fact I hope Floyd does not take him back as he contributed very little. If he comes back I expect he will not contribute again.

Arnett smart move by not hiring an agent! You will realize that as talented as you are now, you are not talented enough to make it to the next level. I know it is every college basketball players dream to make it to the NBA but you have to be realistic. You need more time to work on your foot movement and your hands need improvement. What I am really trying to say is, "Dont be stupid! You are NOT ready to even begin thinking about the next step. Count your blessing that now you have a coach that can help get there. Dont listen to the ones who filled your head with this idea. Loose them, they will only make you take steps backwards! Stay and sharpen your skills.

My question is how does espn know this before el paso times does? by the way he'l be back next year

Stop knocking on Moultrie!! he has a great chance of being picked up, but i personally think he is testing the water...
he will be back, no agent is great news...
Show some love El Paso!!! Lets make him stay by showing we support him.

His play this year was average, he wasn't even the dominant player or "go to" guy this past basketball year. He needs to stop reading his press releases and concentrate on being a consistent and dependable part of the team. I doubt that he has any chance at the NBA this year!

Andy

He needs to mature a bit still. He will be back next year. In 2 years he may have a chance to make it to the next level, but as of right now... no way. Character may not get drafted either. Only 2 rounds in the NBA draft.

If one can remember, Antonio Davis was very young and needed physical development when he arrived. He played 4 years and matured greatley. He did not declare early for NBA (this was not done back in his day) early.

After UTEP he went on to play in Europe for a couple of years as he was younger than most after 4 years of eligibility and needed to mature more physically and did so in Europe. He was later drafted by the NBA and the rest is history. He became an NBA all pro and played for another 10 years in the NBA. He got his degree also.

Moultrie should take heed and develop more. If he decides to play professionally--he is not at the top of his game yet. Moultrie---play another year under Floyd who will help your maturity and phisical skills.
