The Vanguard out of the University of South Alabama reports that Brian Wickstrom, senior associate athletic director over external relations at UTEP (whew!), is interviewing to be the next athletic director at South Alabama.

I bet Brian loves UTEP; he just wants a shorter title.

My sourses tell me that if Brian Wickstrom accepts that job, then Larry Keating will be coming to UTEP to fill the vacancy. Wow, who ever heard of Larry Keating?

Once you have been sentenced to EL Paso it is hard to crawl out of the hole. I can understand Brians wanting to leave UTEP. After all he had Stull approve that bad ad campaign. Brian YES YOU CAN LEAVE for more opportunity.
