Duke-Thanks for bringing this up. I all your points are correct! I think we should look at the strength of this area and go for it! If we have learned anything about the politics that have been played over the cancelled boxing match is that we also need a medium sized outdoor venue that is not part of the UT system. I hope this does happen in the near future.
