We're pretty sure El Paso's going to see former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at the Brut Sun Bowl. And why not? She's a huge sports fan and booster of the Stanford Cardinal football team. So much so, that the Cardinal head coach Jim Harbaugh had her in the coaches booth during Stanford's game against Cal this season. Rice, who returned to Stanford this year after serving in the Bush White House, adds a cool factor to all the growing buzz about this year's Sun Bowl game.

Based on what? Because she's a fan and employee?

I'm with Jaime. Why are we saying she is coming? Do we have confirmation from her office or the school, or is this just bad journalism?

A drug, broadly speaking, is any substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function.[3] There is no single, precise definition, as there are different meanings in drug control law, government regulations, medicine, and colloquial usage.

I make restore points before I upgrade anything like this, but I still worry about upgrading too much and messing something up. So, is it better to upgrade computer drivers or leave them alone if they're working fine?
