The Plaza Theatre is advertising a Feb. 8 stop by Gordon Lightfoot, who's practically a legend in his native Canada.
Lightfoot, 75, is best known for the hits "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald," "If You Could Read My Mind" and "Early Morning Rain," among others.
He used to play El Paso a lot during his commercial heyday in the '70s, but hasn't been here in a number of years.
Tickets range from $39 to $79, plus service charges, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 22 at the box office, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and 800.745.3000.
A presale runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Nov. 21.
