Talk about good timing.
Tickets for the UTEP Dinner Theatre production of "Grease" go on sale next week, just days after the company found it had landed the rights to "Les Miserables" in 2014.
"Grease" will be performed Feb. 1-17 as part of UDT's 30th anniversary season.
Tickets go on sale Dec. 17 to UTEP students, faculty and staff, plus groups of 20 or more.
They go on sale to the general public on Dec. 18.
Tickets range from $33 to $45 for Friday and Saturday performances, $30 to $40 Sunday matinees and Wednesday and Thursday shows, and $16 to $26 for the Sunday matinees where no meals will be served.
The dinner, by the way, includes New Orleans-style brisket.
The show includes hits such as "You're the One That I Want" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You."
Tickets will be on sale at the UTEP Ticket Center, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and 800.745.3000 and the theater, 747.6060.
The company will perform "Les Mis" in April 2014.
