The irrepressible Snoop Dogg returns to El Paso for his first show at Tricky Falls on June 6.
The rapper and multi-media mogul last performed here in 2011, his first local show in 10 years.
Tickets for the Tricky Falls show are $47.50 in advance, $50 at the door, and go on sale at 10 a.m. May 11 at the club and Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and 800.745.3000.
In other concert news:
• The Neon Desert Music Festival will offer $35 tickets for high school and college students in El Paso, Juarez and Las Cruces.
But it's a limited offer and you have to go to their business partners at specific times and dates to get them. There's a two-ticket limit per person.
The first opportunity will be from 2-4 p.m. May 8 at the Lowbrow Palace, 111 Robinson.
They also will be for sale from 4-6 p.m. May 18 at Rudolph Mazda, 1301 N. Lee Trevino, and Rudolph Honda, 5625 S. Desert.
The second NDMF, with Moby, Sparta and 28 other acts, will be May 26 on four stages in downtown El Paso. Go to neondesertmusicfestival.com for more info.
• Padre's Marfa will host its third annual gospel show at 12:30 p.m. May 27. The Divas of Gospel are the headliners.
It's part of a Memorial Day Weekend celebration at the venue at 209 W. El Paso in Marfa.
Tickets for the gospel show are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, available at padresmarfa.com.
