The weather has taken another victim.
Tonight's performance of "Nutcracker Fantasy" at the Chamizal National Memorial Theater has been canceled by park officials, citing weather and safety concerns.
It was to have been the second performance of the 45-minute production, which features students of local teacher and choreographer Oskar Antunez. They did perform it Thursday.
The announcement follows the earlier postponement of today's 4 and 8 p.m. shows of the Moscow Ballet's "Great Russian Nutcracker" to the same times Saturday.
Also, the El Paso Museum of Art closed today because of the weather. It's expected to reopen Saturday.
