If you stuck around for Brooks & Dunn's encore Sunday night at the Pan Am Center, then you saw Kix Brooks pluck a woman out of the crowd to dance with him.
That woman was Melina Valdez of El Paso. The UTEP student was celebrating her 24th birthday that night.
