If you read the blog post below, you know that former Black Flag frontman — as well as actor, author and raconteur — Henry Rollins will be giving a spoken-word performance at 8 p.m. Feb. 20 at El Paso High School's auditorium.
Tickets are $16 in advance, $20 at the door, plus service charges. They go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4 at All That Music & Video and ticketbully.com.
We're giving away a pair of tickets in advance of the on-sale date. See the previous blog item for details.
Also, that Willie Nelson concert on Jan. 7 will be at the Abraham Chavez Theatre, not the Plaza. My mistake. I misread the email I got informing me of the show.
Tickets for Willie's show are $35-$65, plus service charges, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Plaza box office, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and 800.745.3000.
Nelson's also performing Dec. 13 at the Inn of the Mountain Gods near Ruidoso. Those tickets range from $40 to $150 and are on sale at the casino, Ticketmasters, ticketmaster.com and 800.745.3000.

Wow, I cant believe the price difference in shows for Willie. I'm glad I heard that he was coming here I almost paid over $100 a ticket to go see him in Ruidoso. I'll wait a month and save the difference.

Ah man, I already had myself at Willie at the Plaza. Might have to rethink whether I want to see him the sterile Abraham Chavez venue. Hmmm, what to do.
