It's being organized by local improv-rockers Refried Ice Cream and a group called Hands of Love and Hope. Oberst's publicist issued a press release on Jan. 26 announcing the six-city tour, including the El Paso show, and stated pre-sales would begin Jan. 27. Not here! Sleepercar, Duck Domino and Refried Ice Cream also will play the show from 3-8 p.m at Barnett Harley-Davidson.
