There's hope for area Slipknot fans. The masked ones will bring their 33-city "All Hope Is Gone" world tour to the Coliseum on Feb. 28.
They'll be joined by Coheed and Cambria (which is 0-for-2 in EP shows this year) and Trivium.
Tickets will be $38.50 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 6.
Tickets will go on pre-sale sale Dec. 3 via iTunes for fans who ordered their new album, "All Hope Is Gone," through the site. Internet presales begin Dec. 5 through Ticketmaster.
The tour marks the 10th anniversary of the metalheads' debut album.
"To celebrate we are coming back out with a killer tour a couple of great bands and the same ferocity with which we attack life," singer Corey Taylor says in the Nov. 25 tour announcement posted on their new tour site, allhopeisgone.com.
