The Chapin girls wrestling team won the Amarillo Caprock Ladies Classic on Saturday. Victoria Nevarez won a championship at 95 pounds, while Jennifer Ramirez won at 102 pounds.

This was a history-making win! No other El Paso team has won the Caprock Ladies Classic tournament; and Chapin faced and beat many of the same girls they will hopefully face in Regionals and at State. Great job Lady Huskies!
