On Friday night, No. 8 Horizon and No. 10 Hanks square off in an interesting District 2-4A battle. Both teams are 4-1 in district. Horizon is 6-1 overall, while Hanks is 5-2.
Horizon has achieved its record with balance on offense and a pretty good defense. If the Scorpions had made a play or two in its loss against Del Valle earlier this season, they would be in a good spot to win district. Coach David Telas has done a good job in his three years and the school and will be in the playoffs for the third straight year.
Meanwhile, Hanks is making the most of its drop to Class 4A. The Knights' only loss in district was to Del Valle as well. Hanks has a very good offense but its defense must improve it wants to make some noise in the playoffs.
The Horizon vs. Hanks game should come down to the wire but the difference could be Horizon's physical play on defense and ability to make big plays on that side of the ball in the second half.

Nicely presented information in this post, I prefer to read this kind of stuff. The quality of content is fine and the conclusion is advantage.
