Comments

El Paso Man

"Barreno opted for Tulane after a visit last weekend. He cited the school’s academics, location and facilities for his choice."

Obviously, he is not a fan of winning and likes playing in front of less than 1,000 people. Tulane's home court is a joke. Hopefully he concentrates on his studies there.

EP Hoops

Good for him. Not too many EP BBall players get D-1 opportunities. That other kid at Faith Rene Esparza should play in college too but grades may be an issue. These guys are Mexican nationals and if they can better their lives by going to American colleges via basketball that is fantastic. That's what Eduardo Najera did going to OU then the NBA.
