Good horse sense

A University of Texas at El Paso student who donned a costume horse head and other students listened to Juan Rabelo of the University  Police Department talk Aug. 27 about avoiding drinking and driving . The horse-headed student, who declined to be identified or tell why he was wearing the costume, was at a presentation by the "Drink. Drive. Go To Jail" campaign which was making one of its 10 stops in cities across Texas.
