I looked up HB 497, to see what security provisions it had. We have had a problem with unauthorized changing of voter registration data before. It says that it would be done on the Sec. of State's website, with a digital signature. It doesn't say the voter would get any kind of notice. I don't know how they make sure it is actually the voter doing this.
