Charged With Operating Machines While Intoxicated
Three motorists were fined in police court Thursday on charges of driving while intoxicated.
They were Ralph Baker, 23. Fined $50; Emilio Brown, 24, $50, and Francisco Jementt. 21, $25.
Baker also was charged with causing two accidents at Montana and Copia. Police testified automobiles driven by Baker, Henry Elkins and A. R. Williams collided.
Jementt's automobile and one driven by T. Sanchez collided in the 220 block on Magoffin.
J. Goodman, J. Blan and Ramon Ahumado were fined $3 each on charges of passing traffic signals.
Will C. Coskrey and Paul H. May were fined $6 each on speeding charges.
