DAN BRUNGARDT, one of the officers detailed to teach the public how to use the new, traffic lanes, got a lesson in driving himself Thursday.
A cow hand in an antiquated flivver, drove to the corner of Mesa and San Antonio, and made a U-turn.
"Hey, you can't do that," Brungardt Shouted.
"The heck I cant," returned the cow hand. "I've made lots sharper turns than, that."
