Four assistants to be retained: Natkin, Rodriguez, Banks, Franklin

Alums Brian Natkin and Robert Rodriguez, as well as special teams/tailback coach Jeff Banks and cornerbacks coach Gabe Franklin, will join Sean Kugler on his first staff, along with new defensive coordinator Jeff Choate. Banks arrived with Mike Price in 2004 and is now the dean of the staff.

Andre Patterson, Aaron Price, Chad Raymond, Tom Williams and recruiting coordinator Guy Holliday were not retained.
