If he's healthy, he'll play. If he's not he won't.
What I don't think will happen is UTEP playing some game where it assumes it can beat Tulane without him so it saves him for a week.

I don't think Vittatoe could play if the game was today. The game isn't today. This will be a late decision and if he can't go, look for a heavy dose of James Thomas and Donald Buckram running the option.
