Channel 26-KINT reporter David Stout has had a busy last week at the station, covering the indictment of EPISD superintendent Lorenzo Garcia and the guilty plea of former EPISD dance teacher Marco Alferez.
Stout, whose last day at the station is Friday, is leaving the airwaves to do public relations and constituent services work for State Sen. Jose Rodriguez, D-El Paso, who was elected into office on Nov. 2 of last year.
Stout, 31, is a Wyoming native with bachelors and graduate degrees in Latin American studies and international business from the University of New Mexico.
