Viewers of Channel 14-KFOX may have recently noticed three new faces reporting the area's news and weather.
Natalie Tripp is a Utah native who majored in broadcast at Brigham Young University, where she won this year's Williams Randolph Hearst National Championship for her reporting work, and a Gracie Allen award for anchoring. You can follow her on Twitter @NatalieKFOX14.
Brooklyn native Samantha Manning has been assigned to KFOX's Las Cruces bureau, replacing Phil Anaya, who recently moved to San Antonio. Manning is an alum of Hofstra University, majoring in broadcast journalism. You can follow her on Twitter @SamanthaKFOX14.
Pittsburgh native Joshua Zuber has also recently joined KFOX as a weather forecaster and general assignment reporter. Zuber came to El Paso from Casper, Wyo., where he was a morning co-anchor and producer for KCWY News 13. He graduated from Arizona State with a degree in broadcast journalism and mass communication. Twitter followers can read Zuber's tweets @ZuberKFOX14.

Haven't seen the others yet, but Samantha Manning is impressive. Welcome aboard to all; El Paso is a unique reporting experience.

What's with all these out-of-towners? I'm sure ELP & LC have 'some' better talents! It's sad. No wonder people watch channel 7...

As I've said before, El Paso is only a stepping stone from the smaller markets to larger markets like Austin and San Antonio and beyond. And we have seen tons of reporters passing thru here. Home grown products like Hillary Floren, Celina Avila, Rick Cabrera and Nick Miller stay while those like Gary Warner (CNN Headline news night anchor desk) and Noreen Jaramillo (San Francisco area) leave, but realize what they had in El Paso and return. Raymond Mesa left for Telemundo over a decade ago, struck gold in LA, and is doing well in the 'earthquake alley'.

Good luck fish...it should take you no more than 3 months to fill the sting of O'Hara's bi-polar behavior or bitchiness of her bitter sorority sister. Don't get too comfortable in the nest.
