Seriously, we read it for the articles.
Journalist T.J. English, who was in El Paso-Juárez last summer, writes about the Juárez drug war in the February issue of Playboy magazine. The one with the Lingerie Football League on the cover.
The eight-page story titled “Narco Americano” claims slain U.S. Consulate employee Lesley Enriquez Redelfs and her husband, Arthur Redelfs, an El Paso County sheriff's detention officer, were “dirty.”
The article doesn’t offer proof, just the word of an unnamed DEA agent.

I guess there is no one at the times that now keeps
the media buzz section current. The last entry was
January 28, it is now March 7 and since the last
entry, numerous changes have been made at the local
tv stations with their personnel. Some deletions,
some additions. When is the El Paso Times going to
catch up? I really don't like to put the Times in
the same category as the video media as being slow
and incompetent but it is surely beginning to look
that way.

This article sounds like bullsh*t! How can you publish a story like this without any hard evidence/facts.

Did Gustavo get fired? Haven't seen him around. Or, out for bariatric surgery, maybe?

An update of who's giving us the local mews would be nice. Are Chuck Debroder and Chester Lampkin gone? Please, say it isn't so!

Easy meow, they've said on air several times that Chuck is on vacation - but Chester left a couple of months ago. I think he moved back to his home somewhere is Missouri

This cover is trash, pure filth. Why put such a disgusting, lewd photo on a family friendly blog?

I don't know about "family friendly," but I agree this cover should not be "Gracing" the pages of this blog.
