Well, at least their online bio's section is. Like most TV stations in the country, KDBC has an area on their Web site dedicated to the bios of their anchors and reporters. You know the drill: the reporter will tell you where they grew up, where they went to school, how much they love being in El Paso (if they're from out of town) and their love of the great Mexican food here.
KDBC-TV Channel 4 (cable Channel 3) has had a small bio area given the departure of nearly all of their reporters and anchors in the last year. Up until last week, the site showed just four bios: Nichole Ayoub, Robert Bettes, Cristina Rodda and Armando Saldivar.
The site now added two more: that of reporters Nochole Gomez and Ramon Herrera. Check them out here.
Ramon has been reporting for the station for a while. He's a Montwood High grad and an alumn of Texas State University in San Marcos. Ramon has also become a board member of the El Paso Press club.
Nichole has worked at KDBC for a while, too. She used to work in the administrative side before she decided to join the reporting ranks. Her bio says she's an Andress High grad and that, yes, she loves Mexican food.

Hello Nichole! She's definitely a hot one. I can't wait to see her on the beat, getting the low down on everything that's happening in our city. She will definitely bring beauty and charm and elegance to the station.

I thought Nicole Ayoub was leaving KDBC? I guess not.

Thank God Nichole Ayoub is not leaving...she can't come back soon enough. Christina Rodda is the one that needs to leave. Nichole Gomez is a joy to watch.

Nichole looks like the famous lesbian basketball player Lisa Leslie if you ask me. She will do wonders for ratings.

Bring back Shelton and Jamie and all those great people they lost in the last 3 years and I'll watch.

Speaking of Mrs. Rodda, her husband Charlie Rodda, who works in the sales department, needs to get on the ball and make a sale. Scott Pickey is already helping out Christina, maybe he can help him out too.

Sounds like a real stormy romance.

How wrong could a person's information be? As in the case of Bob Greene's totally bogus information about actress, model, WNBA MVP basketball star Lisa Leslie. She has never been cast as a lesbian, except in Bob's mind, and she is married to Michael Lockwood and had a kid not too long ago AND she looks nothing like NIlcole Gomez. Maybe Bob's jealous because she can dunk on him anytime she wants. Another reason you can't trust information that's put up on public forums without doing a little fact checking.

They can add all the bios and junk all they want, that place is just simply garbage. With the pathetic GM and News Director that they have in place, they will never get anywhere. Sucks to have like 2 cameras and 3 photogs eh 4?! Those who jumped boat recently are doing a heck of a lot better since they abandoned ship...

Is Nicole Ayoub coming back? She's been gone fore a very long time, longer than most maternity cases I know of.

What's the matter? Don't like Christina Rodda? Don't worry. You aren't the only one.

To all the Pam Millers out there: if you have something negative to say...tell it to the source instead of comfortably hiding behind your computer screens.

I saw that Nichole on last weekend doing the weather. Holy Mother of Pearl! Baby got back! She's super fine and a wonderful addition to the local lineup. I'm not sure that her forecast was very accurate, but she sure sold me with the way she delivered it. I'm certain that Channel 4's ratings will skyrocket once the word about this lovely creature gets out.
