Ruben Vargas, 35, also known as Ruben Lopez, is wanted for a double homicide that occurred in Pomona, Calif., on Jan. 4. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 260 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He may be in the El Paso/Juárez area.
