State Rep. Norma Chavez celebrates Hispanic Heritage at VP's residence

State Rep. Norma Chávez, D-El Paso, today attended a Hispanic Heritage month celebration hosted by Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, at their home in Washington D.C.

"It is an honor to join Vice President Biden and Dr. Biden to recognize National Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrate the rich contributions that Latinos have made, not only in Texas but across the nation," Chavez said.
