Margo says he won't decide until Labor Day whether to run again

I talked a little bit today with JDW Insurance CEO Dee Margo, who has campaigned in El Paso for the state Senate and the state House. I was hoping to get a little insight into whether he plans to try a third time for a seat in the Legislature.
Today, marked the end of the campaign fundraising prohibition for the legislative session. The prohibition for legislators ended when the governor's veto period ended yesterday. It's another step toward campaign season, so it seemed a good time to check in with Margo.
In 2006, he lost a state Senate race to incumbent Democrat state Sen. Eliot Shapleigh, who is up for re-election again in 2010.
Last year, Margo beat GOP state Rep. Pat Haggerty in a contentious and expensive primary race, but then he lost the general election to Democrat state Rep. Joe Moody, who plans to run for re-election.
Margo said he hasn't decided yet whether he'll run again.
"I have given it thought, but I haven’t made a decision," he said, adding that he doubted he would decide until Labor Day.
What factors will he consider in making that decision?
"It’s a compilation of everything I’ve been through the last couple of years," Margo said. "I'll weigh it all, what it requires, and then I’ll make a decision."

Please don't. Haven't you learned your lesson? What I couldn’t understand and stand for that matter were the commercials that stated he was against dirty campaigning but was the also used them as well. Not to mention the carpet-bagging.
