Haggerty takes 3Cs (or 4) to the little screen

State Rep. Pat Haggerty today is taking to the TV with his  Carpetbagger, Craddick, Corruption, Crazy campaign ads  that attack his opponent, Republican businessman Dee Margo.
He already has a similar radio ad and mailers.
I had planned to link to a video here that would help you understand what Haggerty means when he refers to Fernando Parra as a supporter of Margo's. That plan was averted, however, when a YouTube search revealed someone had removed the video that explains it. Hmmm...
So, without a visual/audio aid, I will try to explain. During Margo's 2006 run against state Sen. Eliot Shapleigh, his campaign posted a video that had a recording of Shapleigh leaving a terse message with a "UTEP student" who had said something negative about him in the El Paso Times. The UTEP student was Fernando Parra.
